Bonbrook subdivision is located off Concord Road in east Brentwood.
There are two sections of Bonbrook with different names, but this is all one neighborhood connected by Brunswick Drive in east Brentwood. Estates of Bonbrook is the older area of the subdivision which was established in 1995. There are 170 properties in the neighborhood. Most of the newer homes were built from 2000 to 2013.
The community is popular because it is close to Brentwood, Cool Springs, and downtown. It offers an attractive middle range price point and the turnover rate is good.
